What is the best way to quick replace of casualties of division? I mean what is the best place to do it? HQ, STAVKA, second line army?
How the replacement level of HQ affects on aircraft replacements?

All the units receive replacements automatically up to their HQ's set replacement ratio, as long as there are enough items in the pool. This applies to squads, arty, armor, a/c etc. When you get replacements, you lose experience. Some units, i.e. SS and Guards, have priority and get them first. If you want a specific unit to receive reinforcements with priority up to full strength, attach it to a HQ with 100% replacement ratio and set all the other HQs to low ratios.

Thanks. And how replacements splits betweent HQ's? E.g. all HQs are at 100% replace level, which of them get replacements first? How leader rating affects on this?
