How to change email

How to change email

I am having problems with my main email account (associated with Matrix Games), so I want to change to the secondary one (associated with Slitherine) but it does not allow me to do so. The message I get is "The email address is already registered.", but I don't find the option to change between them.

Any idea of how to solve it or should I use a complete new account?
