Change Turn Length in Scenario Editor SOLVED

I have made my first scenario and successfully tested it this evening.

I found the turn length too short. I opened the scenario in the scenario editor, then I opened the header and changed the turn length. I received an error message that said invalid values. So I tried to change the turn length on a stock scenario and I could not. Nor could I change the visibility.

I found the answer.
