Ground Support Broken??

The 'X' key will turn of Ground Support.

If, at the top of the Screen...it says GS Off....you need to hit X to turn it back on.

If it says GS On...then you have a problem. But I suspect that you will find that it is off.

I know this. I made the mistake (which I often make) of playing while tired. I posted the above and then retired to bed. While trying to get to sleep it dawned on me what my error was and I immediately ran back downstairs (my wife thinks I am getting a drink of water) and reloaded to confirm that I had indeed accidentally hit the x key. It is right beside the z key which I use a lot. My only hope was that I could get onto the Forum and delete my post before I was caught for a fool. Unfortunately I was too late.

That's okay...I was playing Pelton..and right after my invasion of Netherlands, for about 3 turns I realized I wasn't flying any ground support.

My cat had walked across the keyboard and turned it off. [:-]

maybe you have a German cat? i'm lucky as all 3 of mine are brits, so tend not to walk on the KB, just chase the cursor around the screen[:D][;)]
