CSME no railroad units

Hello,

There is no more train transport units in CSME.

Is it due to any historical fact, or AI limitation?
As MAPs scales is now unlimited and allow huge maps, I believe its a shame not using Railroad transport as it was in JTCS2.00.

Some rail transport assets can be added in a future UPDATE.
