Hmm to me it looks like the AI is just "crushing" its way through the soviets, I can't see any major encirclement operations... I noticed you mentioned it in the end of the video, I hope this is fixed :)

Yes but the Soviet AI is quite on its guard to avoid exactly that from happening. It tends to retreat when it feels it could be encircled.
