Super Depots

Post by KWG »

I can see all information in all enemies depots and I can overstock my depots. Seems new, WAD?

Did you turn FOW off? Is this a game against the AI? Not sure about the overstock. Can you post a save?

Showing all FOW on both sides, playing against the ai. I can see the info on every German depot. not sure what turn it started. Here is last saved turn. Maybe this overstock will shine a light on the over- sent out.

Do you have a save before it went above capacity? As I can see received values are zeros.

I found in my AI test games that the capacity of a temp port drops as soon as the amphib HQ is no longer adjacent to it. I assume this is what happened in your game. The depot should not draw any additional freight until you use up what is over capacity. The FOW issue does appear to be new, as going back to 1.00.48 when FOW is on you can't see the enemy info, but now you can. I'll add that to the bug list.

Its from the start. Oran was the first, then Noto, Sicily.

Notice the star. Those are all national supply sources and will always have 2.5 million freight points. Ignore the capacity on those. So did you confirm that there is no amphib next to Noto?

Even before the overstocking happen you can see the Stored percent and the blue icon are not equal. the blue level is higher than the stored percent.

Turn before overflow TF next to Noto, turn with overflow no TF next to Noto

Great, no bug then. When the amphib HQ leaves, there is no temp port anymore, so the depot capacity drops accordingly. Just need to clarify that this doesn't mean the freight goes away, it's still there until it's used up.
