Allow me one Q as a newcomer.

What exacly does XX%Artillery means.

I guess that it means that I can only use XX% points for Artillery?
Do I administer myself or is it handled by SPWaW?
Does the XX% points include ammo dumps, etc?

10% Artillery in a 5000 point game would mean you could buy no more than 500 points worth. And yes you'll have to just enforce this on yourself.

There are probably other opinions on this but to me the artillery limit does not include ammo dumps, observers, AT guns, or anything else thats not capable of indirect fire.

What do the rest of you think about what should be included in the arty limit?

Artty only counts as pieces you buy seperatly of other units

Rockets, ob and on map, ob and on board artty, sp artty and morters

Morters included with infantry units DO NOT count to me since this is part of the company/batallion etc
