Question regarding price

Post by DerGrenadier »

I want to buy NI. It says it costs 16,99 €. When I click proceed it says 17,99 €. Not that 1 € is an issue and I will buy it anyhow. But Iam just curious.

Sorry about that - I'm seeing some odd rounding errors moving between our store and the Bluesnap shopping cart. I don't know what is causing it but one option is to try our new internal shopping cart here :

This is going to go live very soon but its all working and you can use it now to see if it helps.

I put this in another thread, but it's probably more appropriate here... On Steam right now, I can buy both for under 70 dollars, but on Matrix the best I can do is 78? Is the package discount not available on Matrix, or would it get applied during the sales process? Seems odd since Matrix controls the Steam price, and gets more money (we assume) for selling direct, to give consumers an incentive to not buy from Matrix.

Good point - the cross sells were not set up. Now when you add either to your cart you'll be offered the other at a discounted rate. Note this is only in the Bluesnap cart right now, the cross sell is not in our new cart yet.
