Well, before it was at development section and now it is at coming soon and it says "Unity version of CC coming 2015". I believe how very probably it can be released this year. About the beta, it would not be the first time from a game without beta or with a short beta.

It was moved up a little prematurely. Progress is good but still a fair bit of work to go yet.

Screenshots will be posted when there is something everyone is happy to show off. We know they will come under intense scrutiny in some quarters. :)

Looks like another rushed anouncement... i think is worst anounce a game for X year and X+1 still no release date, even more, nothing to see about the title.

Is not like matrix had problems with games anounced that had release date YEARS later or simple still are waiting for a release.

In my case i totally lose interest in the title because are new games that appear in last 2 years that attract my interest AND looks like other games i follow are going to appear earlier than this even when i know about them later than about BF.

Sorry but it starts to remember to some impossible mod with this amount of secrecy. I do not understand because you can not publish two screenshots as they were published the past year.

Is the game too very few completed for to be impossible publish two screenshots?

Screenshots for external consumption are vetted by people at the publisher -- in this case Matrix / Slitherine. Screenshots and videos are a topic that is under discussion right now, but I can't just slap up screenshots of the game all on my own, sorry.

Never I was asking you publish nothing without permission. But clearly Iain McNeil read the forum by example. Of course you can send to them the real worries from the people. Many, we have been following the creation from this game for years and what have we seen? two images? it is a bit sad.

Now I go to tell you the true. If the game is released tomorrow or at two or four months, I would not buy it without play it because at a long development time, I have not seen more of two screenshots. I can not buy a $50 game without to know if I like the game.

Other point, at least for me and probably for many others. If I know how one day, one game, a fun game, it is released, I will save my money for it. If not, and Bloody First is in the "big no" at this moment. Probably I will buy other game, probably from other publisher because I have bought all the Slitherine/Matrix games which I liked.

I know that you have a limited workforce (one programmer?) to do a very complex game. I am sorry you have to endure the slings and arrows of an impatient public. I respect your focus on the game, your patience with our impatience will be rewarded. Good fortune.

I just found it odd that it was under "coming soon" and then later at "in development" but that's already explained so it's cool.

Take your time I say to polish things, I guess I'm going to be more surprised when it comes out by not knowing nothing about the game.

Yes, please take your time and get this CC as best as it can be! This series has been around for a long time and I rather wait a while for a complete game with few bugs, than an incomplete game with many bugs. [:)]
