FCGR Access violation error

Hello guys,

Just installed Germany Reforged on my Lenovo laptop but when I try to launch the game I'm getting an access violation error (see attachment). If I click "continue application" the game launches but crashes again when I try to start a scenario.

Can you do us a favor and get a screen cap of the call stack tab, and also if possible open task manager and see if there are either multiple instances of either the FPRS.exe or Autorun.exe in the list. We have at least one other user with this odd crash and we will be looking into to this a a couple other odd launch or install or exit bugs thru the weekend. Thanks for posting and hopefully we can close on these quickly.

I noticed that the problem in my case is caused by 2.0.10 patch. I uninstalled the game and the clean install runs fine but after installing the latest patch (I downloaded it from the mirror, automatic update didn't work) I'm getting the access violation error. Any new ideas?

A couple new questions. What is your screen resolution? OS? Font scaling percentage?

Looking at the envelope I'm guessing something X 768, Windows 8.1, and 150 percent. If you can, up your resolution or drop the percentage. Your game is trying to run at 720 high which is below the 768 minimum specification. We are working on a hot fix to detect and warn of this low resolution issue.

Win 10, 1920x1080, scaling seems to be 150% at the moment.

I dropped the zoom, it seems to be working with 100/125%, thanks!
