Check box not working the way it is described by the tooltip

Flashpoint Campaigns: Red Storm V. 2.0.10

I play on the NATO side.

This here is not working the way it is described by the tooltip.
When I activate this check box, then I can not click on enemy units!

As player one you need to set the first check box in order to browse the enemy units. In the case of that box, player two could check your units.
