Blow Bridge

Not sure if this has been suggested before, but it would be nice to have a blow/build bridge dialog added to the choices available:

It was a design decision to leave engineering out of that dialog. It will be less of an issue in Southern Storm with the 2.1 engine with the changes to the orders and engineering functions.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!
