Movement spotted...

Post by Paul Vebber »

...at the Vehicle Assembly Building. The doors are starting to open and the huge crawlers will start moving this Big Bird down to the launch pad!!

All is looking good for a pre-weekend lauch of what has turned into a real marvel!!

Start doing continuity checks of those phone lines so you have a clean pipe to get this sucker...it'll be big (don't ask - we'll let you know...the complete game is 400MB+ (an hour to D/L on my cable modem) patch is not known yet), but worth it!!!

Rolling up the sleeves and wiping a dirty arm over a sweaty face, leaving dirty black marks. The hatchdoor in the cable modem is opened and allready the heat of the furnace blasts in the face. A foul grin, one or two teeth are missing , and the shovel sinks into the coal to feed the ever hungry gut of the download monster as the ugly bulky machine ( made in Elbonia ) slowly comes to speed.

Bring it on Paul, me and Olga patting the cable modem the size of a small room are ready, time to prove that Elbonina technology is superior..one moment, I need to grease the bearings.

Could we expect the Mega Campaign Cd to sprout like flowers in the desert after spring rain? (Sorry, I am on the antihistamine rebound for my allergy  ) I don't want to download the file and take up bandwidth if I could expect the CD within a week.

An M4 Sherman eases slowly along the trail looking for targets,
Commander:"Driver, halt" "Gunner, VISA card, there is a CD-ROM coming out of that village ahead!"
Loader:"VISA loaded!"
Gunner:"Cannot acquire, no target"
Commander: "Wait for it..., its easing out slowly...."
Gunner:"I see it, CD-ROM acquired"
Commander:"FIRE!"
Gunner"On the way!"
---BANG!!!----
Commander:"Cease Fire. Driver, forward let's head to the post office and see what's there."

Our interpid tank crew moves out in search glory, honor and any food or liquor they can "liberate".

Thanks Matrix, looking forward to it.
