I put my name in the the billing info where it says in red; Required. It wont progress from there, even with all my info input.

which one do you use now? what operating system, all questions support may ask, please wait as someone will reply from support, may not be straight away but they will answer.

Ok I fixed it by using a few more spacebar presses in my name section

Had the same issue, had to add a space to the end of my name. weird.

Im having VISA problems too. Tried adding extra spaces,different browsers, logging in and out refreshing etc etc comes up with the same crd denied. Every thing is entered correctly card has not expired or been cancelled, any ideas

Update, have tried both slitherine and matrix carts, no success ,even tried another computer no success, I can confirm my card is valid, has funds and has not been cancelled (although after a lot of unsuccessful purchases maybe it will be) is this a problem with the new cart system or am I missing something, is there any other way to purchase?

At the moment no, but in a couple of weeks it will be available via Amazon. If you contact support then they may be able to track your order in the system and work out why it is failing.

ok,ill try again tomorrow,today tried 3 different computers,with 3 diff os,antivirus and fiddled with vpn settings,but still same message,any plans for steam release?
