Last one of Downton tonight [:(] - although hoping there will be a Christmas Day special too.
How was the quality of the last season? Was it an improvement of the previous season?

Yes, this has been better - there has actually been things happening - and it looks like at least a couple of storylines will come to a conclusion tonight.

Watched the last episode of The Last Days of the Nazis. Definitely worth a look if you get the chance. An excellent production.

This afternoon watched The Sound of Music with the little warspites...nice [:)]

So, that was the end? I feel that the last episode (s6e8) was not a proper end. If this was the end, I feel as endings of a show, it was a poor one tbh...

But speaking of poor things, the last Dr.Who episode was abysmal. Really not impressed with the screenplays in this season [:(]

This episode of Dr.Who was a very good one imo, and I am really looking forwards to the next one. Going to be interesting I think

Trying to watch the "Arrow" series that I stumbled across. I may reactivate my Netflix subscription and binge watch it.

I feel boring. So much good to watch and I do not watch it. Too tired. [:D]

You can watch it legally, free, at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IXKbqtWnvFI

It says the video is private. How do I watch it?

The BBC must have taken it down. It was accessible by anyone when the show aired. [:(]

About a month ago the National Geographic Channel had on a documentary entitled: Hitler's Death Squad. It is about the Waffen SS and mostly about the crimes committed by them. Mostly original footage and some I had not seen before. Well worth the two hours, it can be viewed from YouTube here: NetGeo Hitler's Death Squad

Although it wasn't a documentary, I thought NatGeos Saints and Strangers was well done and followed the written history quite well. Saints And Strangers

Currently watching Bates Motel season 3. Norman Bates as a teenager is creepy as hell.

The Sound of Music Live show. Actually really quite good - but not a patch on the film!

The film doesn't mention that Herr von Trapp was a U=Boat commander in WWI. http://www.uboat.net/wwi/men/commanders/542.html

I have been catching in on demand, part way through the episode list.

I have been watching the Hunting Hitler show on History.

It has been interesting in them tracing the ratline for high ranking Nazis to South America.
