Why is there no info about postage other than "you will be billed to have the game shipped to you".

If I knew the postage to Denmark, I might order the boxed version with hardback manual,- provided I don't get raped in shipping...

Well, others has posted about tax, so why not postage.

I'm not going to issue a ticket about something that basic,- that info should be available upfront when you are selling physical goods.

agreed, but have no info to offer tbh, i'd guess that postage info can only be added when a address / country is known, but support will give a better or more correct answer

Like zakblood said, shipping price can only be calculated at the end, depending on the shipping address and the type of courier service (in the USA).
However you can easily simulate the shipping costs, as before you proceed for the final checkout, you'll be able to see how much does it cost.
