a brief guide to settings

VR designs has been reinforced with designer Cameron Harris and the result is a revolutionary new operational war game 'Barbarossa' that plays like none other. It blends an advanced counter pushing engine with deep narrative, people management and in-depth semi-randomized decision systems.

as you can see, you can select let say,

play on noraml, with FOW off, and then place a tick in every box except FOW, and leave the AI think speed on fast and you get what i call zak mode or easy[:D]

play on the default is Normal, with FOW on, with Geneva convention on, and all other settings left as it is, this is the default normal level of ability for learning the game.[&o]

then alter at will any setting on Normal, leaving AI think time on fast, but adding a few options at a time makes it gradually harder still.

for groghead level of play-style and ability, for true gameplayers and a test of the AI, use these settings

with either Historical on or off, each will play totally different tbh, same as the options for a dirty war with the Geneva Convention box, but that's more of a morale choice that a pure gaming one, but it can make it harder or easier[:-]

if you can beat it on Groghead level of difficulty, then you are a real champion, or Cheat, either way i bow to you[&o][&o][&o]

but as you have bought it, play it your way, and pick which style and level suits your ability[;)]

but either way, enjoy it[:D]

please remember i'm only a member and a tester of the game, not a real player as such, my views are my own and have not come from the developers or staff etc, so maybe wrong, it's just my opinions and impressions as i see it.

please feel free to correct anything on anything i write and say / do, i won't mind, in fact i like the debate and love to be proven wrong, as anybody who thinks they know it all is a fool, and while i'm a idiot some of the time, i'm smart enough to know i don't know it all so not a fool, well most of the time[X(][:D][;)]
