Will the manual be able to be accessed "on-line" as the game is in play?

Most likely by alt-tabbing just like you can do now with UV.

It will be the same as in UV as far as I know.

Thx for the replies. I was thinking along the lines of having a button on the toolbar to access the manual, charts, etc. I have some games which utilize this feature. Either way, no big deal.
