Is there any plan to make the map scroll smoothly?

Take command of air and naval assets from post-WW2 to the near future in tactical and operational scale, complete with historical and hypothetical scenarios and an integrated scenario editor.

Is there any plan to make the map scroll smoothly?

Its my biggest annoyance. I mean like how when you use the arrow keys to pan around or right mouse it moves jarringly and in a jagged way.
It would be awesome if it just rotated smoothly

So we have two conflicting replies by developers

This post is telling me that its not gonna happen, but the first developer graciously said its in the pipeline. Im confused.

It's going to happen, but trying to pin a date on it is like to pin a schedule on the end-all cure for cancer.
