Opponent finder PBEM and the slitherine server

I imagine that within a few weeks there will be a multitude of 7 player PBEM's springing up. Which got me to wondering if the slitherine server for opponent finding used in other games could have a part to play I imagine though that this has already been considered and that the server and the way this game handles PBEM would not be compatible. I certainly think if the work involved is not to great then it would be a good one for the future with the server playing the part of host would sure help a lot of multi player games get up and running and may even mean a few more get played through to a finish. I know it's early days but the diplomacy aspect of a 7 player game is perhaps the most exciting thing of all I hope I can get involved in one once I have got things figured out properly.
