Exhort Victory card question

Is the global activation bonus from playing the card permanent or does it only last one turn? Thanks.

Hi Elmo,

It's a one turn only bonus but applies to all three theatres.

The effect can vary depending on the quality of Stalin's speech.

I'll add something to the manual errata.
