Are we like late Rome, infatuated with past glories, ruled by a complacent, greedy elite, and hopelessly powerless to respond to changing conditions?

May need a shot of antibiotics none of my business of course, but wouldn't hurt to see a medical professional, or at least someone behind the counter of Walmart pharmacy.

Because I take anti psychotic medication and anti depressants I can not take any cold medication over the counter stuff. The only thing I can take is anti hay fever meds.

I take anti-depressants also Two Tribes. I'm no expert in this area but I've taken flu and virus medicine in the past and it never affected me in any way. Guess it depends
on what kind of anti-depressants they are.

Anything at all with alcohol in it makes me higher then a kite. All the doctor lists for me to take with a cold is Alegra over the counter.ORIGINAL: falco

The River OB now crossed and a viable bridge established across the river, the next objective is Tomsk last Soviet town before the Urals.

March 1941
Again the Japanese rattle the walls of Zhukov's HQ and push a little further down the Railway Line to Moscow.

RE: GD1938 Game 20
I will reply to the above prior to the turn because we are straying into the realms of misdirection.
True the Japanese are a long way from home and a long way from their victory conditions.
The reason is blindingly obvious, more than two years ago game time it was obvious that the Soviet Union was on course to a quick and decisive victory in the west. And a victory in the game itself. So who is in a position to prevent such a victory Japan.
If the resources now directed at the Japanese had been used in Europe that would have been the end for Germany and Italy. And without Japan holding at least Vladivostok, Soviet victory would be certain, so if Japan needs to intervene when best to do it? when Germany and Italy are defeated and the full strength of the USSR can be brought to bare on Japan or early enough so that the Soviets have to fight a two front war. I would say definitely earlier.
So Japan returned all Chinese territory and made peace with the China and asked and received friendship from the USA. The Soviets have tried to portray this a somehow a Unnatural state of affairs. Why is this well again this is obvious they wish portray Japan as a enemy of the west for allying with Germany and Italy, but they wish to mask the true intention of Japan which is to prevent Soviet victory.
Bottom line is we now have a competitive game before we had a Soviet procession to Victory.

The USSR has begun some offensive actions in the Far East. Japan is incredibly strong, but we want to threaten them
in more places. The Soviet Union now has Allies against the Axis, and we hope they can add to the pressure on the
Japanese.

Is this game going to continue or not? Been almost 2 weeks since the last turn was played.
RE: GD1938 Game 20
Been checking it every night. Not sure which player is MIA. It may be affecting some other games too.

So good to see you back on the forums!
