How good is the A.I and is the A.I better than in Panzer Corps ?

Hi all !

I just found this game which seems like "must-buy" but how good is the A.I compared to Panzer Corps ?
Do the devs update the A.I at all in their patches or is it stuck in its core form ?

I am mainly interested to play this game solo so for me the A.I is crucial and I wasn´t very impressed with the A.I in Panzer Corps.

Just my opinion but I think you are looking at the wrong thing. Ie. because all A.I. is basically stupid

But the scenarios designs are better in this
The air combat and the naval combat even more so - much better than PC
The supply system is far superior
The ground combat is more interesting
There are a huge number of different units - (and more on the way )
The scenario design ie handicap levels makes the A.I. seem smarter but it probably isn't.

It is a must buy - for my 400 hours steam play so far as well as dozens more doing beta tests.

I think it is an easy solution to say all A.I is stupid if you mean that it is a part of the game where you don´t have to put much efforts.
I know there are limitations but that is not to say the developers shouldn´t try to make the best A.I they can.

There is a huge difference between poor AI and good AI in the history of strategy games.

I hope the developers will be improving the A.I over time but perhaps someone who knows could answer that.

I found the AI for this game reasonably good. Good enough to put up a bit of a fight and good enough to give you an entertaining experience.
