Post by Richie61 »

Matrix team,

I received "Happy Anniversary!" and just have to say Thank You! [:)]

I for one have never had any issues with you services over the years and it's been a very enjoyable time.

Thank you again

Let me add my thanks too - unexpected and much appreciated.

Thanks too for the great service from Slitherine/Matrix whenever a problem arises - Joe Miller was a great help when I recently discovered my backup disc for an older game was corrupted.

On the anniversary of you creating your account with us you now get a little bonus :)

Ok Iain, I am one of the original members, joining on 5/8/2000 so I want a little something, cash would be nice, but I know you hoard your money. A free game would be nice too. But the best thing you ever do for us is just give your appreciation.

It is amazing how time goes by so fast. I have loved every minute I have ever visited this wonderful forum. And I own nearly every game made by Matrix.

I managed to lose my WITP AE in a computer crash. No way the automated Plimus would find it, but I did have the serial.
Opened a help desk query which I thought I might hear in a few days.
Instead, there was my game download link in about an hour.
On a Sunday.
Where else can you get that kind of service?
Thanks to Joe Miller.

How can you tell when/where you set up your account? I know about the Forum one but not the account one please.
