New Computer

I am getting an error when trying to check for updates. It doesn't get past setting up a login.

I just got a new computer and started loading it on it with the disk provided. Is it because I loaded on my other computer?

You should check with Matrix/Slitherine customer support.

But my guess is that you need to use the same login and password you used on the first machine.
