I am having a problem that I thought was fixed in the new patch but isn't. I made the mistake of saving one of my
PBEM's in 3D Zoomout awhile ago. I save my game in 2D Normal mode at the end of the turn. When I load my next turn
it is at 3D Zoomout again at the start of the next turn. Can you guys please fix this?

Just realized there is another setting screen for initial view. Sorry guys mine was set on extreme 3D zoom out.

Right. The initial zoom mode is saved and restored somewhat differently than other game options, via an explicit menu setting Options > Initial View.
