Do they receive infantry replacements? I've had the second wave of replacements and still haven't seen any.

Hi Stormbringer,

Yep, they turn up each wave in different quantities depending on the regime.

The Romanians receive a steady stream but the others (Finns, Italians, Hungarians) are very thin on past wave 2.

If you haven't seen them it's possible that they have already been dispatched to the front.

If you check the 'Replacements Received & Sent' tabs at HC in Berlin you should get an idea.
