How do I create extra Engagement points?

Not sure for countries other than Prussia as that is the only one I have played, but there is an option to exchange money for EPs. Also winning battles gives you EPs.

got an answer at AGEOD no programmed controlled. Game adds points from time to time, according to Pocus.

Winning large battles and capturing important cities is the recipe for more EPs, methinks.

I've seen it for France and Russia. Pretty sure all the playable countries can do it.
