How do you delete planents (moons, asteroids, etc.) in the game editor?

Post by Major SNAFU_M »

Hi all,

I was messing around for the first time with the game editor just to see how it works and I then decided to try and modify and existing home system just to see how it would work out (as it was an exceptionally poor initial system) but I really liked the position of the system in the galaxy that had been generated.

This lead immediately to two questions:

1) It is easy enough to add a planet to a system - but what if you change your mind and decide that you don't want it? I have tried pressing delete and backspace immediately after having placed a planet (moon, etc.) and nothing happens.

There must be a way to do this - so what am I missing? Related to this is: How do you go back and select something in the editor after you have placed something else?

2) Is there a way to modify the resources of an already placed planet, etc.?

Thanks in advance.
