Lending bug dealt with?

Empires in Arms is the computer version of Australian Design Group classic board game. Empires in Arms is a seven player game of grand strategy set during the Napoleonic period of 1805-1815. The unit scale is corps level with full diplomatic options

Lending bug dealt with?

The last time I played this there was a serious bug where major powers couldn't lend with each other. Was that bug dealt with in the final patch?

Unfortunately not. It still has to be done by the game admin in the PBEM game:(
