Is there a way to undo a move?
Also if you are in the game, is there a way to restart without going to the start screen?

No- devs have said this is not likely to change as there are very few moves that don't reveal something...

No- perhaps you could request a UI change?

No undo button. Thought it was really weird at first but now I appreciate the added dimension it brings to the game.

Yep - still make the odd mistake in movement - but hey, that's war [;)]
