Patch version in PBEM challenges

It would be useful if in the PBEM challenges tab you could see what version the challenge is before you accept it. Some folks are on 1.01, some folks are on 1.02beta but you don't until you click.

I think by the way when you 'preview' the scenario you can already see the last change date in the scenario setup screen (just below the 'BARBAROSSA' text).

Not ideal. But for the moment it should provide a workaround.
