Front anomaly bug

Seem to have an interesting situation where 21st Army is in Northern front, but its Divisions are in central zone, and they think that its a volation to go into northern sector. I think this came about because 21 was initially dropped into Daugavpills, but immediately next turn pushed east twice across the line, and this is where its divisions first joined (I think this is the course of events anyway). But now they are kinda tied to straddle the border for eternity (or of course most likely imminent destruction...)

Yep, that'd do it. If 21st Army is assigned to the Northern Front, moving it across to the Central prior to it's reinforcements arriving could get everybody confused.

However the border violation penalties are a lot more relaxed for the Soviets.

You should be able to move them two hexes into an adjacent front without penalty.
