[FIXED 1.11] Ship navigating inland

Hello,
Probably i did (or see) something wrong, but HMCS Iroquis is navigating inland.

Sorry this happened. This sometimes occurs when our terrain files shows a hole and the navigator tries to plot though it. The navigator some times sorts it out but its best to just replot.

I've logged this so we can try and fill the gap in the future so it doesn't happen.
