Not Enough FOW?

VR designs has been reinforced with designer Cameron Harris and the result is a revolutionary new operational war game 'Barbarossa' that plays like none other. It blends an advanced counter pushing engine with deep narrative, people management and in-depth semi-randomized decision systems.

Not Enough FOW?

Post by wadortch »

Hello Vic and Cameron

I am in a PBEM game as Soviets and it is early in September. While I cannot (properly) see much about German units more than a couple of hexes away from my shot up units, I can see the long and tenuous rail and truck lines leading to Axis units all over the map. Given the German air superiority at this time of the war, it seems I am getting a break by being able to pin point this precisely how the supplies are coming forward to the Huns.

Hi wardortch,

The logistical pipelines are greyed out with FOW so there's no way of ascertaining the status, only the position.

Whether large columns of trucks and big supply depots would have remained unknown for long in occupied Russia is a bit of an open question.

Cheers,
Cameron
