VWPN VP Error

Helpless, I was hoping I could get you to look at my game with QBall on the server where I am the WA Player. The turn before last I scored -1 VWPN VPs, this turn it was -16. I have captured all the VWPN sites except one (the Hague). By my calculation the most VWPN points that could be scored is about 60 if all the factories are undamaged (unlikely) and they all scored the maximum number of VWPs (even more unlikely). Since I have invaded Northern Europe the VWP divisor is 5, so the maximum VWPN VPs would be -12. But even that would be so unlikely as to be virtually impossible. I did take some screen shots, but I "upgraded" to Windows 10 so I don't know where they are stored. Not in the Pictures folder apparently.

Thanks Zakblood. So here are the screen shots of the VP Screen and the strategic bombing target screen filtered to just show the VWPn Sites and factories.

Unfortunately there is no save before Allied logistics to recreate it. Progressing the game gives me -1 VP for VW. There is nothing in the code which could be suspected. Probably something was off in the factory data on that turn, but it can't be proved by anything right now.

Ok Helpless, thanks for looking at it. If it happens again I'll let you know and then I'm sure QBall can save before the Allied logistics phase or something.
