v1.02 error message in PBEM

Post by Iñaki Harrizabalagatar »

Hi
After pressing the end turn in a pbem game I am playing, I receive the following message
Error in Check Command in event#170 TAC_Checker-on line nr# 203.
I had this message some turns ago but I have been playing without noticing anything.
In the last turn, after pressing accept I have had a second error message, I think equal to the first one (I had no time to read it sinced I pressed accept again too quicckly) except for the end of the line being nr# 204.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you are experiencing a glitch.

Could you send your uploadfile.dc3 to vic@xs4all.nl ?

I'll switch off the PBEM protection and forward it to Cameron and he'll take a look as he is the expert on the event scripts.

Best wishes,
Vic

Hi Inaki,

Problem is being caused by 4th PG HQ not being present. If your opponent plays a card next turn to redeploy it'll solve the problem.

It's a known bug that's been fixed by auto deploying destroyed German HQ's the following turn rather than using a card.

Once the game is finished I recommend availing yourselves of the official update that should be out in a day or two.

Pretty brutal game you're playing. The Germans are at the gates but they've paid a heavy price to get there. It's a busy Honour roll.

Cheers,
Cameron
