New public beta patch (January 13th) available

FYI, I uninstalled the game and did a fresh re-install and then applied the Jan13 patch. This is on a 64-bit Win10 system. I played through (mostly hands-off) the Waterloo scenario and several turns of the 1805 campaign without any crashes like before. So far so good.

I did get several TAIEngine.AddTheaterGoal Exception messages during the Waterloo scenario, but these did not result in any crashes and the game continued after clicking OK.
