Better intel on the Geelong landing. 3 divisions plus a tank regiment, heavy arty and combat engineers and aviation support.
It's probably a feint.

Yes! Wait till the big invasion comes!

The Easter Bunny left a basket of eggs in Cape Town.

Now, some of those replacement A/C will be in the RAF pool, right?

Bummer. I knew the Kittyhawks were but I thought the Vengeance and Spits might be of use to the RAF. We have only 1 RAAF fighter squadron because the replacement squadrons couldn't come in at Brisbane and Townsville. [:(]

I am pretty sure SG has figured out that I am trying to not let her read the "blog" as she calls it. [:D] I don't think the parts about PG or
the "Mayan" she will find funny. [:)]

If I stop posting for 5 days it means:

1) I forgot to pay my ATT bill.
2) Magnitude 7.5 on Southern San Andreas
-or-
3) SG read "the blog"

Easter Eggs at Cape Town. You open some up and they chopped celery instead of chocolate.

British 44 Div is like a green American division without all the cool toys.

7th SA Armoured has good equipment for early '42 but apparently nobody told them how to turn on the Ronson engines.

2nd Para is pretty damn good but light on heavy weapons, of course.

27th Rhodesian fair to middling but good TO&E

9th Australian Div arrives at Aden and is the best thing we have by far except for USMC.

All of the Cape Town units are flagged to SWPAC which....ummm....

Pretentious looking dude (who really is full of himself) with spectacularly pressed uniform (by one of his 3 Filippina maids): What do you mean there's a problem with SWPAC?
