Mysterious fuel shortage/am I missing something

So for the last two turns AGS has gotten no fuel. There is nothing blocking or threatening the supply line. The logistics report says IN (ZI): 4536 bbls OUT (Train): 0 bbls.

I don't think I have any past decisions currently screwing up trains there. Is there a way to check all possible modifiers/effects on an AG or its territory? Because as it is I can't understand what's going on. I don't have a paper manual because my hard copy hasn't shown up yet.

I'm not sure if I've hit a bug or if I'm just an idiot unable to figure out something basic.

Check the reports. All kinds of info there on how many trains are being run, same with trucks. Is your FSB still connected back to Poland? Did you just move your FSB? Did you do a refit?

Thanks. This will be helpful. Says FSB is relocating and no trucks available. I haven't had the same zero fuel with FSB relocations before, though. No idea why there would be no trucks, if that's separate.

OK looks like I'm just dumb - the FSB relocation was responsible - but now even though there's fuel 1PG has no AP. I'm assuming it takes a turn to refuel or something - if it was refitting it should be done by now.

No, if everything is working properly, the fuel goes from ZI to the PGs before each turn begins. The process is documented, by the numbers, in the Logistics AGN/AGC/AGS report.

The status of the FBS relocation is noted in the Daily Log AGx reports.

Thanks. It's a bit more wargame than I'm used to. I am really enjoying it though - the command decisions really make it something special.

There is always the option of playing the card allowing the Luftwaffe to airline fuel to a particular army. You don't get much but it does allow a few battles and some moves to get them out of trouble. I find that a HUGE part of this game is timing. Moving your FSB, refitting trucks, Resting and Refitting units and changing postures all affect combat effectiveness and supply. Have to plan when you are going to do this stuff or you end up with a paralzed army group constantly out of supply or combat ineffective
