Windows can't find barbarossa.exe

I installed the 1.02 update and now when I try to play I get the message "Windows cannot find barbarossa .exe "
How do I fix this ? Can it be fixed without having to re-install ?

Just to be exact here.... exactly which update did you install?
v1.02g?
through matrix or the old public beta version from the forums?
or the latest public beta v1.03?

I'm not sure which version other than that it was a 1.02. And I just updated it with the latest version yesterday. So whichever one was posted at that time is the one.

I just checked my files and it was actually updated today at 01:53 AM

And it was through Matrix.

Open a helpdesk ticket (or contact us at support[at]matrixgames.com) to get further help please.

As a workaround you should see if you can locate the Barbarossa.exe on your system. Presumeably in c:/matrix games/decisive campaigns barbarossa/
you should be able to directly launch the game by double clicking on the .exe file
