Seems like a good candidate to me.

Manageable sized maps. - check

Drag to move type of interface. - check

Tap to select individual items in the unit box. - check

Tap for spotting, vehicle facing, fire missions in the button below. - check

Tap and hold to see stack / flip side of vehicle stats. - check

Would be fun to play on my couch. - check
