In a PBEM game of UV my preference is to play a turn length of 2 days.

Raver can do better than that Paternaski - if he wins you ship him beer. If Raver wins, he has to procure (not too hard in OZ) and reveal to you the secret formula of how to homebrew the Manly Blonde (best beer in Oz by far).

In five years, with that formula (whatever it is!) you could be a huge US beer Moghul. Just as long as you don't over-sample while in the beer-refinery.

You still haven't specified what you want if you win (fat chance). I'm not married, and I'm not about to give up any of what I'm getting for whatever feed lot denizen you cozy up to at night. Talk about shipping costs. Of course, you could slip 'er in with the rest of the beasts on the cattle boat.

Books for beer? Works for me.

BTW, this is some of what you're NOT getting ...

Nah make it books for books....beer is plentyful and good here....but books made for the north american cont. are not easy to get over here. Oh I like the pic that you posted...she looks really nice. But I also noticed the dark glasses that she was wearing......has she been blind all her life?

She had to be in order to wind up with me - even temporarily (like insanity).

What's your reading pleasure? I have a pretty extensive library and spend a lot of time rummaging through used bookstores, library sales, and the like.

Picture collections of naked pigs are right out, however.

Well to tell you the truth I know very little about the Canadian navy in WW2, apart from the fact that they were forced on to those corvettes for convoy duties....so anythng that you have along those lines would be great. How about you? What tickles your fancy?

Well, "I" am a HISTORIAN, so "I" have read everything ... no, enough of that. Actually, anything that is rich with cultural information fascinates me, from literature to history to journalism, so I am happy with anything you judge to be high-quality writing from your end of the planet (it must be awful to have to live your entire life suspended upside down like that).

I do have a couple of interesting little volumes on the Canadian navy, one focusing on WWII, while the other tracks the history of the service up through the mid-fifties.

Augusta was a lot of fun while she lasted. Hot and wild. She came to the U.S. from Brazil looking for a rich white man. I was only a white man, and when she found out I wasn't rich, it was "Ciao, baby." That's okay. I'm not looking for anything permanent, anyway.

Speaking of nurses, check out Sheila, Drex. She's got the cure for whatever ails you.
