Back in the saddle

Post by skrewball »

Hello all! It's been a number of years since I decided to dust off WiTP:AE. I am easing back into it with some south Pacific scenarios.

I will soon delve into a full campaign and I had a question about the current mods out there.

Are there any "Must Have" mods? Are there any total conversions that you would recommend over the base game?

Thank you for any suggestions!

Everyone seems to play the DBB variants if you're looking for a non-alt history game.

In addition to the user-developed scenarios, there are a number of mods with more picturesque maps and unit badges and aircraft/ship profiles.

AI or PBEM?

AI, you want the Ironman series for challenge. Be aware, these are fantasy-mods but they will challenge you.
