Single Player will Not Start

Load game through Steam. Did the updates. Reloaded game. All selections at opening screen work except for Single Player. Click and nothing. Please help.

and if that doesn't work

Try uninstalling the game and reinstall and make sure all folders are empty first, even that one in documents
