How to Calculate stats for DC:CP and the like

Attached is a pdf file (zipped) that will allow you to calculate ANY trooptype you might need to. I thought it appropriate we all worked on the same page here, so I worked very hard to find out the mechanics behind the calculations. I hope this will be used alot, as the more compatible our libraries are, the more compatible the scenarios will be to each other.

Hi,

It seems to me that no consideration for fire control is taken into consideration. If a tank has no radios, cramped turret and poor optics, it should be reflected in the attack values (at least).
