Patch download problem...

Hi, I am several days that I try to download patches for various game, but never leave.

I gives me error "page not found" or asks user and pw for ftp site access...

Can you help me solve the problem?

You might want to add a few details.

Is this happening from the Matrix Menu where is checks for update? or are you going to the support pages where you can usually find the patches? Which games are giving you this error?

I too am having the same issue trying to download the latest update for Order of Battle-Pacific within the Matrix site. I get the message that the Page can't be displayed. Pretty frustrating to say the least. Been going on for a couple of days. I finally went to the Official help page and filed the issue tonight. But who knows if anyone will respond?

Was thinking of buying a new game or two but if this is an example of customer support I may have to reassess?

customer support is usually pretty good. So if you've opened a ticket I'm sure someone will help. I did just go in and see if it worked for me, and going to the Support --> Patches and Updates, I clicked on the latest update for Order of Battle-Pacific and it started downloading right away. I'm using latest version of Chrome browser.

I'm sure Matrix support will get it sorted out for you.

Switch browser's,i have the same problem with IE now I use edge or chrome.
Trouble is I can't figure out how to use my dl accelerator with them.
