Games behaves in a slow, jerky and underpowered fashion

Hi Guys. I bought the Campaign Series game a few weeks ago. The game has behaved from the start as if my computer power is not up to the job - units do not move smoothly, the tracer rounds and battle action does not show (or barely), although the sound and results are there. I remember the orignal Western Front and Eastern Front games flowing smoothly, all those years ago. When scrolling (or trying to scroll), the game takes a couple of seconds to think, before it lurches to some place on the map. I then have to wait to recorrect it. The game is certainly playable, but only just. Grateful for any thoughts. I have a Windows 10 pc and an Intel i7 processor. I have Squad Battles "Eagle Strike", bought at around the same time and that flows fine...

This might be a Windows 10 issue. Have you tried running in one of the compatibility modes?
