How could I order a transfer of fuel from South to Mitte ?
Any idea ?

Hi nukkx,

Every now and then you get a decision for fuel allocations to the different theatres. You can favour one theatre over the others although by doing so you'll severely cramp the other two. There are decisions that trigger later to allow you to change your mind if you go down this path.

Otherwise if you move a Panzergruppe into an adjacent theatre then a proportional amount of fuel (based on how many PG Div's have crossed the border) will be transferred from the original theatre to the new one PROVIDED the PG HQ is also across the border. You can control the direction the fuel goes (which theatre) by having your HQ on one side of the border or the other.

There's a section in the manual that explains it in detail - page 189 'Reassigning Panzergruppes'.
